Capsicum Mango chicken curry

Ingredients
chicken small pieces - 750 gms
Capsicum - 2 nos
mango - 100 gram
red chilli - 5 nos (3 inches each)
Red onion - 6 pieces ( 300 grams)
black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 6 pieces
chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
coriander leaves - 50 grams
Oil
Salt for taste

- cut Capisum in 1*1 inch size. keep it in 2 portions
- Cut Onion in 1*1 inch size. keep it in 2 portions
- Cut coriander leaves, Ginger and Garlic in small pieces
- cut mango in small pieces

Take 2 teaspoons of oil in Pan. Heat it and add 1 portion of onion, capsicum, ginger, red chilli, coriander leave nd black pepper. fry it well till onion slightly looses its color.

Grind this in mixer grinder and pour the paste in the pan.

Now add all the other ingrediants(onion, chilli powder, mango, chicken and salt)
Close the pan with lid.

Heat pan in the medium flame.

Leave it for 15 mins. stir it every 5 mins.

Open the lid and heat the pan in sim till the curry becomes thick.

Add 2 teaspoon of lemon in the end

Indian Peri Peri Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken 900grams (5/6 thighs)
Lemon 2 nos
Channa daal powder (Gram powder) 2 teaspoon
Red Chilli - 10 (3 inch each)
Chilli powder 1 teaspoon.
Salt - 3 teaspoon

1. boil lemon in cooker with water
2. remove the water
3. cut lemon and slightly press such that only juice comes out.
4. don't over squeeze ....

5. Mix gram powder, salt and chilli powder with lemon Juice
6. fry red chillies in pan for 3 mins so that it's dry
7. grind the chillies in mixer for 30 secs. Seeds should not ground
8. Mix this powder with step 5.

9. With a sharp knife put lines on Chicken thighs.
10 soak it for 3 hours.
11. Preheat the Electric oven at 250 degrees for 10 mins
12. Place the chicken pieces on the steel grill and heat at 250 degree fro 18 mins
13. Change the side of chicken and leave it in oven at 250 degrees for 15 mins.

Now the delicious Indian Peri Peri Chicken is ready.

If You need sauce prepare extra lemon mix (ref step 5)

How to make Bread Pizza

Ingrediants:

Bread slices - 2
salad tomato/ordinary tomato - 2 big
onion - 2 big
bell pepper - 2
powdered pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
powdered Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
butter - little
Grated Cheddar cheese - as needed
Chilli sauce (optional)
salt - little


Procedure :
1. Cut all tomatos,onions and bell pepper into small pieces.
2. heat pan .
3. Pour little butter and saute them well
3.Add little salt and powdered pepper and powdered cumin
4. keep it aside.
5.Now apply butter in pan .
6.Place bread slices in pan.
7.place the sauted mixture(tomato+onion+bell pepper) over the bread slices
8. Now pour chilli sauce over the mixture.
9.Sprinkle grated cheese over the sauce
10.Finally cover them with a lid.
11. Cook till the cheese melts
12. Serve hot and Enjoy

Paneer Dal Gravy

Hi Everyone..
Yesterday i prepared a nice indian food which is very simple prepare and nice to eat ;).
You can name it as 'Paneer Gravy'. I am not a professional in cooking but i know how to cook and eat :)
Ingredients:
1. Channa dal - 2 teaspoon
2. Peanuts - 2 teaspoon
3. Methi - 1 pinch
4. Onion - 3 medium size
5. tomatto - 1 medium size
6. Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
7. ginger - 1 inch (ground)
8. red Chilli - 2 (if 2.5 inch length)
9. Sunflower oil - 2 teaspoon
10. Green chilli - 2 (2 inch lenth)
11. Panner - 50 grams

Preparation :
1. Cut onion and tomatto into small pieces.
2. Cut paneer into small pieces (2*2*2 cms)
3. Add 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan (thicker the pan it's better)Fry onion , Channa dal, Peanuts and red chilli until the onion loose it's falvour/smell(golden colr).Grind it well.
4. In the pan add 1 teaspoon of oil and put mustard, curry leave(wet), panneer and fry and stir till the panneer becomes golden color.
5. now add the ground onion, ginger(ground), tomatto, green chilli cut in small pieces.keep the stove in medium heat.
6. Add 400 ml of water and keep stirring.Add garam masala, stir well an close the pan with a lid.
7. The stove should be in sim.Sprinkle coconut .Remove the lid after 10 mins and check whether tomatto is well cooked.
Don't forget to add salt.In place of panneer, you can add chicken also....
How to eat:
you can eat this gravy with Rice with a glass of coke/pepsi.

Kesari

Thing needed:
  • Rawa - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • water - 2 cup
  • Ghee - 1/4 cup
  • Cashewnut (fried) - little
  • Kesari powder - 1 tea spoon

Preparation method

  1. fry the rawa with little ghee
  2. Boil water well and spill the Rawa in that . Then stir well
  3. After it is being cooked , add kesari powder ,sugar and ghee in that
  4. Stir well all the contents
  5. Pour the content in the plate and decorate with the fried cashews

Note: This sweet can be prepared very soon and is very easy also
