chicken small pieces - 750 gms
Capsicum - 2 nos
mango - 100 gram
red chilli - 5 nos (3 inches each)
Red onion - 6 pieces ( 300 grams)
black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 6 pieces
chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
coriander leaves - 50 grams
Oil
Salt for taste
- cut Capisum in 1*1 inch size. keep it in 2 portions
- Cut Onion in 1*1 inch size. keep it in 2 portions
- Cut coriander leaves, Ginger and Garlic in small pieces
- cut mango in small pieces
Take 2 teaspoons of oil in Pan. Heat it and add 1 portion of onion, capsicum, ginger, red chilli, coriander leave nd black pepper. fry it well till onion slightly looses its color.
Grind this in mixer grinder and pour the paste in the pan.
Now add all the other ingrediants(onion, chilli powder, mango, chicken and salt)
Close the pan with lid.
Heat pan in the medium flame.
Leave it for 15 mins. stir it every 5 mins.
Open the lid and heat the pan in sim till the curry becomes thick.
Add 2 teaspoon of lemon in the end
